The Tool Library Welcome Desk position serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors at the Lancaster Workshop + Tool Library. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing tool check-outs/check-ins, processing payments, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment. The Welcome Desk Associate provides information about memberships, hours, and upcoming workshops, while enforcing safety and workspace policies.
