YWCA Lancaster

YWCA Lancaster is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. For more than 136 years, our building has stood as a beacon of hope, safety, and empowerment in Lancaster. We proudly carry forward these traditions as we support individuals and families across the community every day. Our impact is felt through a wide range of programs and services, including: • Racial Equity Institute – Lancaster County’s premier anti-bias and antiracism training, equipping individuals and organizations with tools to advance racial justice. • Kepler Hall Residence Program – A supportive housing community serving more than fifty women, men, and children. • Child Enrichment – Child enrichment programs for ages six weeks to five years, as well as before- and after-school care in multiple settings. • Sexual Assault Prevention and Counseling Center (SAPCC) – Providing confidential, no-cost counseling to victim survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones, along with primary prevention education across the county. • New Choices Career Development Program – A life-changing opportunity for individuals in transition in Lancaster and York Counties to build economic self-sufficiency through personal development, career guidance, and job training. Through these programs and more, YWCA Lancaster continues to advance our mission and strengthen the community—one person, one family, and one future at a time.
